Lead Generation Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead Identification and Research:

  •  Effectively perform outreach searches to target prospects in defined geographies.
  •  Conduct targeted surveys to identify the right business opportunities from prospects.
  •  Demonstrate a strong eye for research to scout new prospects and identify key players in industries.

Outreach and Engagement:

  •  Initiate contact with leads through email campaigns, cold calls, social media, and other communication channels.
  •  Craft compelling and tailored messages to capture leads' interest and communicate the value of our products/services.
  •  Engage in meaningful conversations with key decision-makers and business owners.

Qualification and Nurturing:

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their potential as viable opportunities.
  •  Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for further sales processes.
  •  Implement lead nurturing strategies to maintain engagement with prospects who are not yet ready to make a purchase.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

  •  Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
  •  Provide valuable insights and feedback from lead interactions to improve targeting and messaging strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities, interactions, and outcomes.
  •  Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, including metrics such as conversion rates and lead quality.

 

Eligibility criteria :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience as a Lead Generation Executive or similar role, preferably in an international context.
  •  Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, techniques, and tools.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead management software.
  •  Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  •  Demonstrated aptitude for technology and sales.
  •  Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to accommodate job timings based on campaign needs.
