About the Role

Xcellence-IT is seeking a data-driven Cold Email Marketing Specialist to lead outbound email operations for the US market. This role requires both execution and strategic expertise, including deliverability best practices, list hygiene, automation workflows, and conversion-focused messaging. The selected candidate will manage the complete cold email lifecycle — from infrastructure setup and campaign execution to reporting and qualified lead hand-off.

Key Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize high-volume cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai, Mautic, or similar tools
Source, clean, and manage B2B contact databases for accurate targeting and low bounce rates
Maintain sender reputation through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration and email warm-up
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and CTAs
Monitor campaign performance and improve open and reply rates
Categorize and prioritize leads, manage opt-outs, and maintain response tracking
Prepare weekly performance reports
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead transfer

Professional Profile

Proven expertise in cold email marketing
Hands-on experience with Instantly.ai and Mautic
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Experience managing large B2B databases
Understanding of the US B2B market
Ability to write persuasive, professional outreach emails

Technical Requirements

Software: Instantly.ai (mandatory) and CRM platforms
Data Handling: Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills
Infrastructure: Knowledge of email domain management and authentication protocols
Experience: Minimum 2 years in cold email marketing for US-based audiences
